How do I change my email address or delete my account?
Change email address
It is not possible to change your email address in the app. Please send us an email, if possible from the address you have used to register your subscription with. In the message, include your old email address as well as the address you would like to use in the future. We will then take care of the change for you.
Delete account
If you wish to delete your account, tap the red text ‘Delete my account’ at the bottom of your profile page in the app. Once you have gone through the steps and deleted your account, you still have 30 days before your account is permanently deleted from our system. Until then, you can restore your account simply by logging back into our app.
