How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund if you’re not satisfied with the app or if you accidentally paid for it twice.
The refund process varies depending on where you bought your subscription/credit.
Did you buy your subscription/credit in the Apple App Store or in your iPhone app? See information from Apple.
Or did you set it up in the Google Play Store or on your Android phone? See information from Google.
