What payment options are there?
1. Via our website
You can easily purchase your subscription via our website. To do this, visit: https://mijn.waterkaarten.app/login.
Sign in with the same email address and password that you use in the app.
Is your payment not going through in the app, or do you not have a credit card? No problem. You can easily pay via the website using PayPal, Wero and Link. This is often more seamless and allows you to complete your purchase quickly and safely.
2. Via the app
You can also purchase a subscription directly in the app via a so-called in-app purchase.
To purchase your subscription, you will need an Apple or Google account. To do this, go to your profile and tap ‘Extend’ or (if you have run out of credit) tap ‘Buy now’.
Your email address
Not sure which email address you use for Waterkaarten? In the app, tap the profile icon (top right, next to the search bar). You will find your login email address directly below your balance.
You will always receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase.
