I can’t add a new device to my account

If you are unable to add a new device to your account, you are probably trying to add a 4th device, where we have a maximum of 3.

On your profile page, under ‘Paired phones/tablets”, you will see the devices linked to your account. By tapping the bin behind a device, you can remove it from your account and thus make room for another, new device. You can then log in with a different device.
