How do I sign in with a second (and third) device?
Once you have installed the app on a device, you have an account for Waterkaarten. Your username is the email address you have used to register or the email address you have used to purchase the subscription/credit from the App Store or Google Play Store. If you are not sure, you can find your registered email address at the top of your profile screen.
You can download the app on a second (and third) device and then sign in with the same email address and password.
Forgot your password?
- Sign out, then enter your email address on the screen and tap ‘Next’.
- The app will now ask for your password. If you tap ‘Forgot password?’, you will receive an email to reset your password (please also check your spam folder).
You can use the app on three devices with a single account (and thus a single subscription).
